User Data Deletion Instructions

LeanMile Technology OÜ provides WhatsApp as a communication channel for our clients.

If you wish to request the deletion of personal data that we may hold in connection with your WhatsApp communications, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to legal@leanmile.com with the subject line: “WhatsApp Data Deletion Request”.
2. In the body of the email, please include:
- Your full name
- Your WhatsApp phone number (in international format, e.g. +372…)
- A short confirmation that you would like your data deleted.
3. Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity using the phone number provided.
- Delete any associated WhatsApp communication records from our systems, unless retention is required by law (e.g. accounting or customs compliance).
- Confirm deletion by replying to your email.

- Messages stored on WhatsApp’s servers remain subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
- Deletion requests only apply to data controlled by LeanMile Technology OÜ.
